Check out the Mizukage and her right eye. Also, her guard, one of the seven swordmen also have his right eye covered. many will compare him to Tobi/Madara. I am waiting for the theories. Could this ninja, one of the seven swordmen of the hidden blood mist be infact Madara/Tobi in disguise? What do you think?

Danzo - is the Orochimaru. Possibly. Look for some sound from his figure on the last page. Shake? May be Danzo has implanted flesh of Orochimaru in his body and lost control. Or hasn't lost and want to have control.

I think it is the 3rd. First was Zabuza, then Kisame and now this kid. I think Suigetsu wasn't one of them. He said that he trained to become on of them, but never mentioned that he is one of them.

That's right, Suigetsu never was one of the seven sword ninjas, but I think he qualifies as one of them now, seeing as the swords were passed down from master to student, and Suigetsu, at one point, was Zabuzas student, and now carries his sword. And the you have Kisame which is the second of the seven sword ninjas we have seen, and now this new kid, who propably just recently has gotten the title as a sword ninja (seeing he is so young, and that he is still being lectured by a mentor(?))

Even though at this point its is not explicitly shown that the latter of the two guards of the Mizukage does not have a sword visible, it is implied that he is a member of the seven swordmen. It has to do with the status of the person that is being guided. Remember that the seven swordmen were organized to protectors of the Mizukage and to exercise any orders that needed special attention. To send only one swordman to protect the Mizukage will be a sign of weakness in the country. Other countries will see this as a sign that The Hidden Mist is not strong enough to send adequate protection for their honored leader, The Mizukage.

The old man with the cane that looks like a eel's head is holding the head adornment of the Mizukage. This may be Kishi's way of inserting confusion. Why? Remember that this is black and white, so you can't distinguish the clothing he is wearing. If you look at it closely you can make to observations about it. One, he can be a respected elder or counsel member. Two, he could be the former Mizukage. May may disagree but what you have to take into consideration is the fact that Mizukage addressed him as “Sir”. I have not see the original text in Japanese to tell if its implied in the casual, formal, or old formal.

The Implications. If indeed this old man was the former Mizukage, and this is only a possible path, then it is possible that we have witnessed the long lost Madara in disguise. This will mean that Madara have had an active role in the control of the Hidden Mist and will be well aware of what is happening in the other countries. One thing that we know is that each country have spys/informants in every other country. This is how Jiraiya kept tabs on what was happening. He was the bigest spy I have ever seen.

I have posted that one of the guards with Mizukage also have the right eye covered which will lead to the impression that its Madara in disguise. This is true, unless Kishi shows us Tobi talking to an Akatsuki member while the mist guard is with his fellow swordman or with Mizukage herself. I await the theories!

I know that its inherent that you count the swordmen as you see them in the Manga but you have to remember that when a swordman leaves the group, he becomes a missing nin; also, that swordman will be replaced by another. So taking this into account, there would be more than seven of them. maybe one day in the future we will see the most recent assembly of the seven swordmen of the hidden mist. If you are in doubt, take this into consideration, remember when Asuma was one of the Fire Country elite guards, when one left he was replaced. Asuma was also replaced when he left the service of the guard.

thankyou dj flee, I always question whether the anime and manga go hand and hand. kishi obivously watches the anime and i’m sure the producers of anime shows run everything by the author before producing their manga. But I have yet to see an original anime character, get throw in later in a manga series. ...... For those of you who don't know what i'm talking about watch ep 154 of naruto. The second mizukage guard is not a member of the 7 swordman of the mist. The rules set by a village is not always abided by, especially by the kages themselves. Having only one swordman as a escort is no means a sign of weakness, especially when there should only be 4 swordman left within the hidden mist village.

And again just to make sure everyone is clear, and there is no confusion... there is only SEVEN swordmen, no more no less. 1st is Zabuza (who has died and been recently replaced by Suigetsu) 2nd is kisame (even though he’s a missing nin he is still a member) 3rd is Raiga (who has also died, with no replacement. That is if kishi respects the anime plot as much as he does his manga) 4th is chojiro (one of the guards who is currently escorting the mizukage to the kage summit) ....5,6,7 is still unknown.

Nines, I like your response but as you know I always take the position I take. This allows us to probe all possibilities no matter what they are. Now we wait to see if Kishi have been replacing the seven swordmen or if they stand as you have stated.

I would like to know how the current Mizukage gained her position and who she had to compete with if that was the case. Could she have been one of the seven swordmen of the hidden mist. What do you guys think? LOL

imho the madara=danzo theory was essentially a revival of the extinct tobi=obito theory. both has the 'covered' or 'missing' eye connection, and people cannot just let pass... even if it was the only 'evidence' there is to it. the woman mizukage has more like the same 'covered eyed hairdo' as was nagato and deidara. so it's unlikely that the woman and madara are the same mizukage. especially if 'the (desperate) need for a man' has not been as a personal thought bubble been clearly emphasized.

interesting comment @29 sato. i think that is a worthy cause to do some researching into. evidently, kishi is pulling his favorite jutsu trick on us once again... which makes clear to us that he knows exactly well that we are all much too eager to see the present mizukage... and since we see an old dude gramps holding the kage hat, we were fooled to think that ahh that's the real madara!!! so he was really really old already... as expected. but then... the real and present mizukage comes to the scene... and she happens to be an uber-hot lady who also happens to be much too eager to meet her man. uhmm, a new version of tsunade but one who is made hot for lovin'. honestly, she's the redeeming factor in this otherwise boring chapter. :)

madara got braces on his arms that have what look like big screws at the middle of each brace?!? reminds me of ch364p18, ch379p12&p16, madara's pair of metal accessories that hang on his sides from his waist band, which looked like it could be some kind of giant belt that locks in order to attach something big, like a rocket, onto his back.

Okay now... I have to say that that out of all the other villages besides Suna and Konoha, I say Kumo rocks the best. The Rock heads look silly and the Mist are okay (Too bad Tsunade will not be there. It will look great to have two blonde, female kages seen together. XD), but Kumo's kage is great! I say the Raikage will team up with Gaara to beat Sasuke's butt if Sasuke is stupid to even try to kill *all* the kages. With him being responsible for taking Killer Bee, I'm sure the Raikage wants to pay Sasuke back with interest. Go, Raikage! XD

In the second fight with Zabuza, Kakashi says that Zauza's tried to murder the Mizukage http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/454/08 I wonder if Madara still was the Mizukage, or if Zabuza tried to kill that hot lady. Kakishi does not know anything more about Danzo. If you read the Manga carefully you would realize that the anbu that have the knowledge you assume has/had a seal. Sai mentioned this! Information was being pried from them and they fell unconscious. Kakishi don't have a seal so he was not part of Root like Sai.

everyone keeps goin on about how many seven swordsman there are and when they get replaced, i agree that there is only seven cos i think there is only seven swords. hence there can only be seven swordsman. just my thoughts

will gaara protect danzo from sasuke, i mean its going to be strange becasue gaara has a differnt outlook the last time sasuke and gaara fought. i mean now it appears sasuke is fighting out of revenage and gaara i dont know why he would protect danzo. who knows maybe gaara may end up protecting sasuke becasue of his own experinece and may understand why sausuke in some strange way

I can't wait to see Gaara in action again...though its rather far-fetched but i'd like to see Sasuke and Gaara fight side by side as allies. And i guess the beating Naruto is receiving on Sasuke's sake will result in a change of heart of killerbee's students and Sai.

I personally like chapters where new characters are revealed. It gives the serie clean air, and fresh blood. I noticed that the mizukages two guards, each have a sweater with the same pattern as Hakus'. Interesting...

We are going to see a heck of a fight soon, when five kages meet and Sasuke interrrupts, and i hope by any chance Tobi should get involved and show us some of his skills, because Sasuke and his lil groups can't be enough to bring down all kages since last time they almost got owned by the Eight Tail alone already.

I have heard many with wishful thinking about the Kage summit. I don't think there will be any fight. The summit is about working together to get rig of Akatsuki since they are targeting all five nations and taking their power, the bijuus. I am not sure if Sasuke will even go into Konoha. The position is this, Danzo have already placed a Kill-on-sight order for Sasuke so I don't think he will be able to get into Konoha. I have thought about whey Sasuke wanted Karin in the group and it may be a counter for the Anbu. He will have trouble finding them since they are trained to be "unseen". Chakra sensing will be an advantage. I think he will wait for the summit to end and then go behind Danzo and the Elders. Tobi/Madara will provide a distraction since the main gold is to find and destroy Akatsuki. So, while the kages are forcusing on finding and killing Akatsuki members, Sasuke will find an opening to enter Konoha and try to eliminate the higher-ups.

I have a feeling that Danzo has some kind of advanced blood line which has some sort of eye jutsu, if he really needs to regenerate his eye and right arm. I'm still thinking that the Mizukage is Naruto's mom, even though her origin is from the land of whirl pools, that's still in the same country as the land of water. Sasuke's not really going to kill all the kages at the summit and it's not his intention to either he's just saying that to get Madara off his case, if anything he'll just try and kill Danzo. He's not that stupid to try and kill the #1 ninja of each country including their bodyguards at 1 meeting place.

In chapter 453 Madara says it's about time to implement the 'Moon's eye plan'. Which could mean Tsukiyomi eye plan, hence the 'right eye plan', maybe it has something to do with ressurecting Danzo's right eye, or maybe cause tsukiyomi is genjutsu in nature, the Moon's eye plan has something do to with causing confusion and manipulation.

@73, the kage summit wont be in Konoha Gakure, but while Danzou is still not heading to the summit means he 1. wont go there which will provoke other countries because Sasuke is originally a Konoha nin or 2. the meeting spot is nearer to Konoha than to the other great ninja villages :/

@74 Lol Mizukage = Naruto's mom that’s classic (not even remotely possible but still funny.) We’ve seen naruto’s mom, she doesn’t have blonde hair, looks nothing like the mizukage and isn’t from the hidden mist. I hope we get a chance to see some of zetsu’s true power in the next chapter.

I don’t see why everyone is complaining about danzo not leaving for the kage meeting yet. Everyone is acting as if he’s going to be really late for the summit, when it hasn’t even been one chapter since the other kages started leaving. You guys do realize just because a week has passed for us, doesn’t equal a week for them XD. It’s been 2 chapters since gaara left his village and only 1 for the other kages, for them this time elapse could be only a few minutes apart from one to the other. Danzo can leave hours later and still make it before the other kages do, which is still normal considering none of them are traveling the same distance. (Only if all the kages have arrived at the meeting, while danzo has only just left the village, and then suddenly appears at the meeting, would give us reason to question him.)

It's a perfect chance for me to wake up my dulled body..." The unknown shinobi attack Danzo. Danzo takes the bandage from his right eye: "(Torune, Huu), don't do anything - I'll do it." The right eye is Sharingan. Is it possible Danzo has Sharingan...!! The End IT IS A BIG ONE, BUT IS REAL, OH, AND DANZO'S SHARINGAN LOOKS WEIRD, IT LOOKS LIKE A DRUNKEN MAN'S EYE. I AM THINKIN THAT IT IS OBITO'S EYE. Because it looks damaged.

@ allep1.This doesn`t work because the sharingan must be activated at the transplantation.After the dead its not activated. @ semaka obito was dead in his sharingan wasnt activated after he gave kakashi is one eye left

Obito's sharingan was activated before he gave Kakashi his left eye. It was just a theory seeing the condition of the eye on Danzo's face, because, i've seen the spoiler pic, and that sharingan doesn't look good. And I doubt that Danzo is an Uchiha, because he did the exact same thing as Kakashi, he closed his left eye while using the sharingan.

I agree with Venger...I'm about sick of eye jutsu's. Though i am immensly curious about Danzou. Getting ready for the tons of Madara=Danzou

AlphaRooster and Venger, I feel the sane but I am sicken more about Sharingan Eye jutsus. I know that its part of the Konoha's history but there is also the Bykugan and its said that its more powerful than the Sharingan. We still know very little about it. If there a higher level to its techniques. Does evolve along similar lines as the Sharingan. If this spoiler is confirmed to be true, them my theory about Danzo is correct. He knows far more than we expected. Not only that, he may have known that Tobi, is Madara, that Madara was Mizukage and creator of the 7 swordmen group, and that Tobi/Madara is the one who summoned the 9-tails 16 yrs ago. Root have been busy.

well it isnt confirmed that Madara as Mizukage created the 7 Swordsmen, it just came in my mind because Kisame knows Madara.. That doesnt mean anything, the Swordsmen can be something like a tradition of Kiri-gakure since the very beginning of it.

If Danzou really has the Sharingan, then maybe Madara is telling the truth about haven't summoned Kyubi 16 years ago. Also, about Sasuke going rampage and kill everybody, I don't think this gonna happens... Back when he was going to free Juugo, he intentionally didn't kill anyone... He's probably bluffin', I think his only targeting Danzou, the elders and Madara, as the last helped Itachi to kill the clan

Well something occured to me, just because danzo has the sharingan in his right eye that doesnt necesarily mean that he got the sharingan eye from someones right eye socket. Right?

i know how this too many eyes will end up, everybody will just try to kill each other by staring each other, the first one to blink will lose...

In real life, the latter is true. Right eye, right socket. Kishi can change it if he wants.
