The plot keeps getting more twisted and awesome. It's interesting how all's going to tie up together and we will understand the past and the foundation of it all; to better understand what's going on now. So the question is Mandara telling the whole truth or did he really summon the 9 tale as Jiraiya suggested back on chpt. 369-370

There are theories going around that since madara mentioned that the senjus dominated the post of the hokages, then all of the hokages were senjus. if Minato was a decendant of the Senju clan that would make Naruto a decendant of the senju as well. there would be greater significance in kakashi's statement when naruto and sasuke fought in the VotE; senju vs. uchiha again? so if naruto is a senju, then it's possible that he may also have a Kekke Genkai. Not an overt one like Mokuton, Hyoton, Sharingan, Byakugan, ect... but rather a more hidden one, one that will allow him to gain the ability to control the Kyuubi completely and thus become the first perfect Jinchuriki. Him being a decendant of the Senju clan would allow the possibility that Minatos line retained some ability to control Bijuu even if they couldn't do it as overtly as Hashirama could.Jiraiya stated that Minato sealed the Kyuubi into his own son for a reason and didn't just do it because he wanted Naruto to have more power. Could his reason be that it's possible that Naruto might one day awaken the ability to not only to supress Bijuu just as Shodai and Yamato but also to control it? if that happens, naruto will indeed become the most perfect jinchuuriki and able to learn and master the jutsus that even his father could not execute perfectly. Naruto fill finally kick ass, and sasuke will follow the uchiha's fate of being senju's dogs, as madara himself said.

interesting theory felixman. but there is no way the elders would want the kyuubi to be summoned to wreak havoc on the village itself. and itachi may not have the MS 16 yrs ago since it was reported that he killed his best friend about 6-8 yrs ago when sasuke was about that age,too. i am even doubtful that the elders segregated the uchihas before the attack of the kyuubi, since they would not have been suspicious of them before this catastrophic event. only an uchiha with an MS could summon the kyuubi, and since madara is believed to have been dead, then it could be any one of these uchihas; so they have to be watched and protected as well. it is not at all true that konoha have to annihilate all the uchihas because they plan on staging a coup d'etat since even the women and the children were killed.

Just a theory but i dont know where tobi is going with this .Obviouslly he wants a new protegee but he probablly doesnt want sasukes eyes.Maybe he wants sasuke to be his proxy.His body is "crippled" or a shell of what it once was so i think sasuke fulfills his need for a body to fight with since he himself said all he lived for was war or battle.

Yeah but i don't see tobi engaging much in the battles so i sorta jumped to the conclusion that he no longer is up to the fighting anymore.As evidenced when he doesn't use any jutsu against konoha ( this could be because he thought konoha wasn't a threat)I also think that maybe he wants to recruit more people for the remaining spots in akatsuki with sasuke and his team and he could be going on a recruiting mission soon and that will probably end this time skip and send us on another one but thats just a thought.

Madara is full of shit you should all know that by now. Jiraiya said it himself that he was sure that the kyubi was summoned obviously by madara. He wants sasuke to join his side and take over konoha its quite obvious.

naruto being a descendant of the senju clan should have been mentioned before, but is it proven that minato was a senju? or even the third? narutos mother was from the land of the whirlpool remember, so if he is a senju he should be at least only half- senju. minato could be half senju, making naruto only a fourth senju. incidentally meaning that he does not need to have a kekke genkai at all. but it doesn't mean he doesn't have a kekke genkai. but still he learns stuff pretty fast, i wonder if he has even tried to do the rasengan without a shadow clone to aid him. he should be able to, if you remember when he first started to learn rasengan he almost was able to do it with one hand, but then he had to help himself to a shadow clone. if he could just be a little more patient and read some scrolls or whatever, he probably could learn tons of new jutsu with the shadow clones to do it faster, he shoulda been a little smarter and started his ninja training all over and learning perfect shackra controle and all jutsus he coes across, he could be able to reach jonin lvl in a month or so. stupid naruto, use your damn brain a little. but the way the story unfolded till now is way cooler than him being the supreme ninja of all time.

Naruto isnt senju. Felix, madara hasn't engaged in battles because he only steps in when necessary. As seen when tobi was talking to himself about sasuke, he more observes, like a god (Sorry, Lord, for the comparison). But still. I'd like to see a pain vs madara. Interesting...

Okay, first of all i would like to give two thumbs up for bjorniss, melo, and felixman. Your theories are indeed interesting. I enjoyed reading it and looking forward to read more from you. It's sad, but I speculate that Sasuke WILL buy Madara's bullshit and brainwash story and fight for the Uchiha. In otherwords, Sasuke is going to train again to Madara and become bad ass stronger, and it's obvious the ultimate and final battle would be between Naruto and Sasuke.

re: #53. it's actually quite possible that naruto is senju seen as he was born in konoha, and his father was from konoha. but i don't think naruto will be easy going with sasuke, he might beat the living crap out of sasuke but not kill him. any1 got any theories what narutos other element/elements are? i would guess water or earth, possibly both, he might be an exception from that rule where only ppl with kekke genkai can combine elements but still be a little noobish when he is going to try, possibly with some shadow clones to aid him in doing so. what might happen is naruto meeting that frog who got the other part of kyuubi, and get that into him too, making the kyuubi somewhat less of a strain to unleash, or possibly control. sasuke vs naruto is definetly going to be the final super battle. ms vs super charged naruto.. whooohh i'm so exited, hehe i think naruto will learn the super technike minato knew, the teleportation. sasuke might learn it before him though since the skill is lightning based. skkording to wikipedia.org i think there will be another great ninja war. but the reason is too decide whom gets the remaining bijuu, naruto and the eight tailed, whom we haven't heard anything from yet. he probably has the other necklace, like the one naruto has. do you remember when oro killed the third? he summoned the dead hokages 1st and 2nd, but the 4th wouldn't show, for all those who thought that the 4th may still be alive, remember that the death god ate the souls of those that summoned it.

Well, I for one do not feel sorry for the Uchihas. Kiki spent chapters saying the Uchihas wanted power. Madara was the one responsible for the Kyuubi attacking Konoha, and given Kyuubi mentioned Madara, I have no doubt Madara was somehow responsible. In other words, I don't buy any of Madara's stories as truth, given he wanted the demons to control the world, etc. So suddenly he tells this story to make me feel sorry for the Uchihas and Madara. BS! Like I said, after so many chapters, I find it hard to accept anything Madara is saying.

@58 senju or not, minato knew something. he knew madara is still alive; that is why, he sealed the kyuubi into his own son, not only to protect him (which actually made naruto's childhood even miserable; an orphan and despised by the village people) but for something more. esp that he made a special seal so that only the yin chakra would seep out of naruto, and left the key to jiraia to be given to naruto when the right time comes. it seems minato knew his son will be able to learn to control the kyuubi's chakra completely and use it to his advantage--master the jutsus he created/started and become the strongest jinchuuriki that would stop the evil plot of madara once and for all, to end all wars, and finally get laid. i mean make love not war. :*

WHY IS MADARA TURNED EVIL. hashirama was able to win the favor and the respect of the fire country's other clans, including the uchihas, except madara who was the sore loser. the boy still wants to fight, and everybody just quit on him. just like that. it's like you went into this online game all so fired up and excited, with a bag full of money and leveled-up powers, then all of a sudden everyone did not want to play that freaking game anymore? you even sold your dog to be eaten by the crocodile drunkards who have a liking for dogmeat so you could have all that money!!! so imagine yourself going home with all that money, but with nothing to do... and suddenly you missed your dog excitedly running to meet you at the door and so much wanting to play with you.

what about the theory that madara staged his own death? so that when he summons the kyuubi into konoha he would not be suspect anymore, but the whole clan of the uchihas. he would have sown the seeds of division into that "unholy" alliance of the uchihas, the senjus, and the clans of the fire country.

Kishi has a lot of BS. 1st. kyuubi said when he saw sasuke "like madara". Sasuke is only using "sharingan". Question: By that time Itachi already has MS but the kyubi only saw "madara & sasuke". Verdict: FAVORITISM.

Correction to 58- There are dozens of clans in Konoha now, besides senju. Senju is actually one of the more scarce clans, with aburame, and nara, and akimichi, the list continues. Also, Minato only had wind, so lets let naruto master that one before we go fanfic-ing him into new ones. To wrap it up, the frog seal doesnt have the other half 'in' it, it just has the way to release it, or seal it more, if he wanted to. Also, apparently there is a killer jutsu involved somewhere.

Madara said that he admired Hashirama. I think they were friends and at VotE Hashirama beat Madara and let him live (just like sasuke and naruto) then told every1 he's dead, and even Madara didnt know his life was spared.

Looks like theres some grave mistakes here why would Madara kill his entire clan if his purpose to protect them? weird! and why would he spare Itachi as well if he already know Itachi is a spy working for the leaf! I had no Idea at all! or Its just a petty trick set by Madara to fool Sasuke into fighting the leaf and be his underling like Itachi was!
