they cut out a little bit of the stuff that was in the manga.. I believe naruto tries to split the leaf at first and hes like zomg this is hard and they try for awhile yadda yadda and in the ep it goes from kakashi giving him the leaf to him cutting it a little, which i actually thought was an important part there because it was never really showed in the ep how hard it really was to split it. I dunno

ok it is realy hard, but that wasn't necessary to spend whole ep. to show this, they are killing time and it's bad for both fans and series popularity

yeah, i can see that.. the ep took forever to say nothing.. more so when like.. naruto wasn't getting what kakashi was saying and it was like.. common sense shit.. and then after he said it like three times.. he went to the woods and showed him.. it could have went straight into that.. but then again naruto was never really big on action.. like say bleach is.

yep, when comes to action bleach is more drastic, but sometimes it seems naruto's animators aren't satisfied with making one episode from one manga ep. and they like to last one manga as far as they can but why in the world they think that viewers don't understand it?, I don't know

I guess they're trying to avoid fillers after they did the massive fillers that really weren't good between the actual end of naruto and the Shippuuden series..I don't know.. but it can get pretty boring.. Like, the last bleach ep was like three mangas, but they are starting another series of fillers right in the middle of the hueco mundo arc, hopefully they wont suck

The only reason that there could be for it being shorter is that they did all they wanted to get done for that episode in a normal length episode. but if that's true I find it pretty lame that they still took 2 weeks on it.

Draco: I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a special or not, but the last two weeks prior basically were, and if it keeps up then they might put in some not so great fillers, not that the current eps are outstandingly great, but atleast they are slowly but surely advancing the story line.

Naruto is the best anime! Naruto's fights are the best like Sasori's fight or orochimaru! But Naruto is not only about fight! It has so many things and for this reason is number one and the best!!! Some of you who say for example( this episode had no action is becouse you are about 14 years old and the only think that you want is action,action,and again action! In order to understand the fights later you have to know how was Naruto's training, the details! Also Naruto's shippuuden animation is amazing! The animation with Sasuke was just like a movie! And always Naruto's animation was the best no matter what you say some of you! It is the best anime with the best characters and the best story! Finaly Bleach is good but don't compare it with Naruto-THE BEST ANIME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE END!!!

Fact is, If you see all the other series like Dragonball, Ranma and so on, you will see, that ALL of these series have episodes that are not included in the manga, aka FILLERS. It is a standard procedure on most longer Animes. SO just accept it. Most of you may not believe it, but there are people who actually LIKE the fillers since they are important for CHARACTERIZATION of the other characters. Like I said earlier. Since Asuma will die against Hidan and Kakuzu, this side arc is probaply used to set the focus on last time on him and the relationships within his team and with Kurenai. One last big screentime for him before he sees his ancestors. And I think you won't be dissapointed with this, when I see the intro. It seems there will be MUCH fighting in this sidearc.

Coldstone, I agree with you! I also found these new characters interesting and especially the woman with red hair!!! We will see again some action and this is really good! Also As you can see the animation becomes better and better! It was from the beginning so good! But as you can see, and about this episode the animation was so cool just look the waterfall it's so real!!! Also we may see some fillers which is realy good becouse these new characters seem to be stong, but again this will give some extra time to the animators to make the animation even better! And I am telling to All of you, Just imagine the fights after that with Akatsuki! The next step( we will watch an episode and we will not be able to understand if it is a movie or not)!!! And about naruto shippuuden movie it's coming this week or the next, and again for all of you who want action and action! The movie is coming and you will see a lot of action! So stop complain and say a big thanks that we all have the chance to see this great anime!!!

I think the story in the manga is only the "main story" of Naruto. As you learn from mistakes they try to ream the story at the ep. Many things shown at the ep are not possible to assemble in a manga. The whole story would be f****** boring. And, i think this is what makes naruto best, its world is full of details an storylines. I'm looking foward to see Naruto develop more an more, fighting and kicking as. But a story, just how it is, is also good. Hola

Relationship between the characters is important to, and in the filler who is coming, Naruto's tarning is included, so it will be interesting :D Naruto is the best anime ever!!!

*spoiler* Gianemawachia: I think it's just because the "wind Rasengan" is basically as good as any technique is going to get, kind of pointless to waste time they need on learning weaker techs.

Neji-nii-chan, if you're talking about Windows Movie Maker, then Just open the movie maker and drag the files into the window, or go to file, insert media items and find the file. It will not automatically create clips of the video, you will have to click it, go to clip and split it. Generally simply dragging the item into the window works better, and if you want to shorten the clips even more, once you stick it into the *video* section, go to the end and drag it left.. hope this helps.

The direct downloads are on the site.. to download torrnets you need a special program but its a bitch sometimes to download so just stick to the direct downloads, the DD on the right hand corner or go to downloads on the left hand side click Naruto Shippuuden, then direct downloads... and download the videos normally.. and you will need VLC player to play the files

Pdsmike: It could be a mini-filler arc.. I don't think they'd go into something huge in the middle of Naruto's training, and besides the ep is only on chapter 316.. It always shows kakashi talking to the hokage(sp?). Which didn't happen either.

this link is my favorite,from this link i have downloaded all naruto and naruto shippuden,three movies, and all manga,this was first link that i have found on internet about naruto.

This was actually the first site I went to as well, accept when all the fillers started.. I didn't watch any of the fiillers from the little star village eps to the start of shippuden.

my faculty have 150 mb download,but we can't use bittorrent,so i use direct download,and it is much better then torrent,because download is max.I like naruto,i watched like 5 times every epizode,also shippuden,i can't wait naruto movie shippuden to be posted.it comes on dvd 23 april then week or two,we will watch.yes there are to meny filter epizode.

The movie was released on DVD on April 23. This release was in Japan only. The movie was not released in the United States and probably won't for quite awhile. Anyways I don't know when the movie will surface online, but most likely it'll be a least a week.

Honestly, the movie didn't look too great.. Now the new bleach movie.. dying to see that.
