He.. he.. KB (Kisa Baka) I like the Idea of "Naruto GT", surely its funny but clever :). My predictions is when this all over whoever wins in the end they fight Madara, I strongly believe that Sasuke and Naruto will team up against Madara (which means that Itachi will lose!), n' thats plot number 1. The number 2 is Itachi will stand-up against his mentor (wether Naruto with his team loss n' back 2 village (more likely) or die fighting!), to prove Itachi is superior as shinobi and individual!. But if the story goes to plot number 2 It will become clumsy! as I said before in order the manga kept alive so does the readers. So my conclusion is plot number 1 is fit not only to the story line it self but for the sake of the manga & fans also. C'mon guys share your thought about my predictions. Thanks

i was going thru d jiraya vs pain fight and i noticed that it took about as many chapters as this fight btw the uchiha's.... However on page 12 where ma toad was swallowing the pain jiraya killed to take to tsunade!!!!! it seemed to me, or more like the body beings swallowed looked like jiraya's!!!! pls just check in case am seeing things!!!!!!

remember itachi eyes have changed after using MS and became susano. now its the same for sasuke. one of the sasuke eyes was different in privious chapter. the next chapter the other eye will change too, and it will become sasuke ultimate technique + the chakra which was sealed oro. as he said to naruto after defeating naruto in kyubi two tail form, he want to find his own way. so he will not going to have MS. his new technique will be snake form sharingan with unknown ability (which may hypnotism be weakest of its abilities). may be if sasuke lose eye, they gut out pain eye and attach it to sasuke and heal his wing by sakura. what do you think?

mmm. Stop writing fanfic. Itachi's eyes changed only because he's blind and sharingan-less. Sasuke's eyes changed because he was in Curse seal Level 2, without sharingan. Stop writing unnecessary dreams. Please and thank you.

i think the fight will end and itachi will not complete his jutsu bec. he will be blind and with this sasuke will win and i wonder what can zatsu do instead of watching fights and talk to his other side (himself)

@305 acod05 I am pretty sure that that page is showing Jiraiya moving from one place to another, not Ma Toad. You got my hopes up but Jiraiya is dead. Which I hate saying. If he had just taken the chance to run away at the point instead of continuing a losing fight my favorite character would still be around. Did he ever even get to win a fight (besides making Itachi and Kisame run away in fear)? That kind of makes me mad, but I guess his purpose was more of an observer and if not for him Naruto would still have Orochimaru's seal on him at best (and no access to the benefits from melding his chakra with the Kyuubi), or would be dead from having his Bijuu sucked out already.

@311 Regarding Zetsu. Akatsuki members don't care about one another, why would he interfere? And being so stealthy that he can be right next to sharingan users and not be noticed is such a powerful ability it aint even funny. He might even be a better spy than Jiraiya was. He also seems to be able to move around great distances super fast, if not instantly. It almost seems like he can be in two places at once, like when Gaara was having his raccoon buddy sucked out of him. Eh, either way I think he does plenty.

Well Irengninja at this point now I can't stop thinking about Jiraiya vs Pain. Why were all of Pains incarnations all ninja that Jiraiya had encountered before? And then when I started thinking about Zetsu just now it reminded me of the Gaara retreival arc where Pain has Itachi and Kisame take over those bodies and whether or not that provides a clue. (Gai killing Kisame in one hit was beautiful, I don't care if kisame "only had 30% chakra", dead is dead. It aint like Kisame was out of chakra when he got killed. I even love Kisame he's a great villain and civilized, kinda like Itachi.)

No doubt he looks cool and his sword is extremely cool too, I love the scales. And when Kisame shows up with his sword sticking out of the ground like a shark fin he gets points for style. Wow, I have no idea about Samehada but now I want to know. I am gonna go try to find some info on that now.

ok, so far I have that Samehada translates to "sharkskin" which makes sense. I remember reading a long time ago if you were to pet a shark the wrong way it would shred your skin. Cool, I also found a reference that says that Samehada was the name of a chakra absorbing fish that foloows and helps the 3 tail Bijuu in the original Chinese legends. Obviously that isn't the case here since Kisame doesn't seem like the type to sacrifice himself to give other people power (which is what he'd be doing if he really was the 3 tail jinchurriki) It would help explain his monstrous appearance though, and the 3 tail is supposed to be a shark-like. Has the three tail been taken yet? I thought it had, gonna have to go look.

Dang, and Kisame's enormous chakra pool (which Neji compared to Naruto's) would make more sense too if the 3 tails was involved. I am thinking there is so much more to what the Bijuu are in this universe. I've got a spoiler for ya. Manga 393 starts off with Sasuke’s memory of Kakashi-sensei saying: “The moment you start relying on the powers of Orochimaru, that is when you will stop growing”. Sasuke then remembers how Naruto begun surpassing him in everything, and the hatred he felt towards his own brother. Itachi approaches Sasuke who is on the floor unable to move because Orochimaru was forced out of him. Itachi grabs Sasuke by the hair, lifts his head, extends his hand and says: “Silly little brother. I always get what I want. You were never opponent to measure my container - and neither were Dad or the other Uchiha” and plucks out one of Sasuke’s eye. Sasuke screams, and falls into a trance remembering the death of his parents. Time and space stops, and Itachi lets go of Sasuke. Sasuke’s body starts levitating, and Itachi wonders if he is in a genjutsu. Sasuke is placed on his feet, Itachi looks at Sasuke’s face and jumps back while asking: “That is not possible - … what? … wh…” and finally, Itachi is tied by snakes to a cross. When Sasuke looks up, Itachi sees the hole where one of Sasuke’s eyes used to be, but does not understand what is in place of his other eye. He asks Sasuke: “What manner of Jutsu is this?” Sasuke takes two steps forward, and says “This is Kiyo-Sharingan” - his Sharingan is black, with 4 dots on it and surrounded by fire. if you look in madaras sharingan you se he has forms of both madaras and hes brothers sharingans. look first at page 6 in manga 196.. look at the brothers eays then you look at page 8 when they are zooming in madaras eays..

@363 I looked at those exact panels. I do not think that was Ma toad, she has a hat or some kind of black hair or something heh She defintely looks different. That was a cork popping out and Jiraiya coming out of the frog. Then Jiraiya peeks out of the water and eventually emerges. look at chapter 357, page 15. It shows him using a similar technique. This is probably what makes him such a good voyeur, I mean "information gatherer and researcher" looking back over Jiraiya's fight though, wasn't it 100 times more badass and fun to read than this same Uchiha yawnfest?

In my opinion Itachi isn't blind. He's not using his sharingan because he is either out of chakra, he feels he doesn't need to since Sauske is beaten, or he's conserving what little chakra he does have left.

It would be really cool if people would type something like SPOILER as their first word if they are gonna post spoilers. I like contributing to the discussions here but I like reading the manga to find out what happens far more.

SPOILER: Ok here I leave a spoiler of 2 phases. I translated the first part in spanish, later i'll do a correction checks comparing it with Kumanri's translation later. I have to head to take a japanese test in a few minutes, so excuse me for grammar errors. A summary of the first part, far as I understood. Itachi is going to tell Sasuke something important while Zetsu is watching. Itachi talks about leaving his eye(s) to Sasuke. In this dialog he seems to be a dissapointed about how Sasuke couldn't make it (have sucess), which in my opinion is a clear reference to the Mangekyo sharingan. In a part of the dialog Itachi says something like: Itachi: Sishui... my brother of.. couldn't reach it sucessfully (or sucess), Itachi: Absolubtely... he couldn't. Sasuke: it can't be...?????...impossible (there is a text between those words, which I couldn't understand at all, thats the meaning of ???? = ANTA) Itachi: But if you still hate us... then there is a chance.... It continues to a point where Itachi says, that they have been followed and Susanoo turns towards Zetsu attacking him with his sword, but he avoided it. Zetsu seems to be surprised with Itachi's action. The second part in resume starts with Tobi and Naruto and speaks about how naruto seems to be surprised. I sent the text to Kumanri... we should have a better translation and intepretation later today.
