Sasuke's pissed, Zetsu just keeps on getting surprised, and Itachi's...Itachi. Damn...how much longer is this going to go?

Well, we're out of top 40 crap. 50... Don't be like that. Oh and, what the h this Susanu, doesn't look like a storm -.- btw, grilled Itachi today's special

(#129195) Comment #43

hey guys, what about this : Itachi survive but become a blind ninja, and sasuke will miss a part of his sharingan power -may be one eye with sharingan just like kakashi- ? something wich is obvious is if sasuke survive -90% I think- he'll come back to kohona

(#129196) Comment #44

top 50 weeeee

(#129197) Comment #45

this fight somehow reminds of the sasori battle, although of sasori's stunning strength, he lost. seems it's Itachi's fate too

(#129198) Comment #46

itachi is going to use the power ranger skill , the skelets are in place , just need to settle the plates and so and then he can use the force ! I just wanna say that susano skill , it does looks like he is using a giant skeleton

(#129199) Comment #47

one more thing, in last page, Itachi has lost his sharingan. I don't think so...

(#129200) Comment #48

Okaaaaaay. That was something the way Sasuke controlled the lightning. Yet Itachi survives. I really think these Uchihas are just too powerful IMO. Makes me wonder why none of them ruled any ninja villages if they had such power.

(#129201) Comment #49

jupmod, Uchihas are powerful, but they are dark part of ninjas world, a polluted strength. at the best chance they only can found somewhere like "sound village" and not a pure nin's village

(#129202) Comment #50

My conclusion is that susano has something to do with the nose, as what wikipedia says. Amaterasu from the left eye, Tsukuyomi from the right eye, and Susano from the nose.

(#129203) Comment #51

OMG YES FINNALY HERE!!! IVE BEEN WAITING ALL WEEK POST A COMMENT BOUT IT WHEN I DONE READING

(#129211) Comment #59

AHAHAHAHA!!! IN YO FACE SASUKE! I love that! :D But is that a skeleton sorrounding Itachi?

(#129213) Comment #60

I'm just wondering. Where the hell did Itachi find all that charka to do such powerfull ninjutsu -.-

(#129214) Comment #61

Thats some mechanical machine, well it looks like it to me. I think he must have summoned it =.= or somthing. But I hate Itachi. Cus he's weird. Sasuke rocks he actually whupped arse with that Jutsu - too bad it back fired.

(#129216) Comment #62

nothing ever happens this fight is going on and on and on end already. DIE Itchi or take sasuke's eyes already. It's going to end in a draw in about 6 months from now

(#129217) Comment #63

and to archangek @43 well it wouldn't really matter if itachi became a blind ninja now, cuz... he already is ^^'

(#129218) Comment #64

Right I just think in like 2-3 weeks we will know' who's died. This is pure Kishimoto style this is - dragging it on.

(#129219) Comment #65

offcourse susano will fail too, then sasuke will mysteriously get more chakra and do another jutsu and then itachi will survive and do the same and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi and then sasuke and then itachi

(#129220) Comment #66

well this was a great chapter, i luv how sasuke used that lightning attack, and i think that thing itachi summoned is a some sort of complex demon that is the sharingan monster with four eyes. Also, how long has this freakin fight goin on? Like 2 months? DIE ITACHI DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Susano | Japanese Mythology Susano is the brother of Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, created by Izangi. While Susano's siblings dutifully held their positions in the High Plain of Heaven, Susano caused trouble on the Central Land of the Reed Plain (the Earth). Susano neglected his work causing much of the foliage on the land to wither away. Izangi asked Susano why he was upset, and Susano announced that he did not like the Earth, but instead wanted to be in Yomi with his Izanami. Izamgo was furious and banished Susano. But before Susano went down to Yomi, he decided that he must journey to the heavens to say goodbye to his sister. As he began his journey, though, his ascent caused a great earthquake on the land. Hearing this, Amaterasu feared that Susano's approach was malicious—she feared that he intended to steal her place. Amaterasu prepared herself for battle, and awaited Susano's approach. When Susano arrived, he tried to assure Amaterasu that he came only to bid her farewell. She demanded proof, and suggested a competiton in procreation. The one who created birth to a red-blooded male would be shown as the correct sibling. Amaterasu took Susano's sword and gave him a string of beads in return. Both items were washed, and used for the contest. Amaterasu went first, biting into the sword, creating three goddesses from her breath. Susano then placed the beads in his mouth and created five gods from them. Susano was the victor, but Amaterasu insisted that since the gods came from her beads, she was in fact the correct one. Susano was furious, and attacked with chaos throughout the heavens and the earth. Ametsaru ultimately fled and hid herself in a cave. The absence of the sun, and the great ordeal that was required to return Amaterasu, caused the gods to sentence Susano severely. His beard was shaven, his fingernails and toenails were cut off forced him to take part in several embarrassing rituals. Finally, the gods banished Susano from heaven and sent him to the underworld of Yomi. Later, when Susano encounters and slays the dragon Orochi, he discovers a sacred sword that has grown within the monster. He presents this sword, the Kusanagi to Amaterasu as a gift.

Japanese word for the underworld in which horrible creatures guard the exits; according to Shinto mythology as related in Kojiki, this is where the dead go to dwell and apparently rot indefinitely. Once one has eaten at the hearth of Yomi it is impossible to return to the land of the living. Yomi is comparable to Hades or hell and is most commonly known for Izanami's retreat to that place after her death. Izanagi followed her there and upon his return he washed himself, creating Amaterasu, Susanoo, and Tsukuyomi in the process. (See Japanese mythology.) This realm of the dead seems to have geographical continuity with this world and certainly cannot be thought of as a paradise to which one would aspire, nor can it appropriately be described as a hell in which one suffers retribution for past deeds; rather, all deceased carry on a gloomy and shadowy existence in perpetuity regardless of their behavior in life. Many scholars believe that the image of Yomi was derived from ancient Japanese tombs in which corpses were left for some time to decompose. After the arrival of Buddhism, Yomi also became one of the Buddhist hells in Japan, like Kakuri which is ruled by Enma. The kanji that are sometimes used to transcribe Yomi actually refer to the mythological Chinese realm of the dead called Huang-ch'üan (黄泉 or "Yellow Springs"), which appears in Chinese texts as early as the eighth century B.C.E. This dark and vaguely-defined realm was believed to be located beneath the earth, but it was not until the Han Dynasty that the Chinese had a clearly articulated conception of an underworld below in contrast with a heavenly realm above. With regard to Japanese mythology, Yomi is generally taken by commentators to lie beneath the earth and is part of a triad of locations discussed in Kojiki: Takamahara 高天原 (alternatively transliterated Takamagahara; literally, "high heavenly plain", which is located in the sky), Ashihara-no-Nakatsukuni 葦原の中つ国 (literally, "central land of reed plains", which is located on earth), and Yomi-no-Kuni 黄泉の国 (literally, "Land of Yomi", which is located underground). Yomi has also often been associated with the mythological realm of Ne-no-Kuni 根の国 (alternatively, Ne-no-Katasukuni 根の堅洲国). Yomi is ruled over by Izanami no Mikoto, the Grand Deity of Yomi (Yomotsu-Ōkami 黄泉大神). According to Kojiki, the entrance to Yomi lies in Izumo province and was sealed off by Izanagi-no-Mikoto upon his flight from Yomi, at which time he permanently blocked the entrance by placing a massive boulder (Chibiki-no-Iwa 千引の岩) at the base of the slope that leads to Yomi (Yomotsu Hirasaka 黄泉平坂). Upon his return to Ashihara-no-Nakatsukuni, Izanagi noted that Yomi is a "polluted land" (kegareki kuni). This opinion reflects the traditional Shinto association between death and pollution.

(#129234) Comment #79

My bad on Comment #78. It should've started as: Yomi (黄泉), the Japanese word for the underworld...

Izangi and Izanami | Japanese Mythology Izangi (meaning "He who invites"), together with Izanami ("She who invites"), are of the seventh generation of Shinto's celestial gods. Together, they were the creators of the Japanese islands (Yamato). Izanagi and Izanami were given a special spear by the older generations, with which Izangi reached down and created the first island, Onogoro. Izangi and Izanami decided to marry and to mate to bring about new generations and new lands from the Earth. To marry, they created a ritual to celebrate. During the ceremony, Izanami cried out delightfully upon seeing Izangi. Izangi returned the excitement, but reminded Izanami that a female should not speak first in this manner. The first result of their lovemaking was a deformed child that was shaped like a leech (this child is sometimes associated with the god Hiruko). Izangi and Izami returned to Heaven in order to determine the cause of this deformity. They learned that Izanami's outburst during their wedding polluted their marriage. So, the couple then repeated the ceremony, only Izanami remained silent until spoken to. Their next attempt at mating created the eight largest islands of Japan, and consequent bubbles in the ocean gave rise to the smaller islands and other foreign lands. Izangi and Izanami later created dieties of the sea, wind, mountains, rivers, trees and of rice. Izanami then gave birth to a fire god, Kagutsuchi, but with dire consequences. Izanami was burned during burth, and fell down to the ground. From her death, many more gods were born, including earth and water goddesses. Izangi's tears as he mourned his lover also created more dieties, and in anger, sliced Kagutuchi up with a sword. His pieces, too, became gods, and his spattered blood formed the stars of the Milky Way. Izangi sought to return his beloved Izanami, and followed her to Yomi, the Japanese underworld. Eventually finding her in the darkness, Izangi begged her to return. She refused, and told him that she had eaten the dark food of Yomi and could not return to the world of the living. Later, though, as Izanami lay down to sleep, Izangi lit a torch to see. When he did, though, he saw his wife's decaying body. The sight shocked him, and he dropped the torch and ran. Izanami was woken and tried to stop Izangi from leaving, but he created a barrier between the world of the living and the dead with a boulder. He announced that he would divorce his wife, and she protested saying that she would take 1000 of the living each day if he did. Izangi replied that he would give live to 1,500 each day. Thus, death was introduced to the world, but Izangi's life-giving still fuels the growth of mankind as he brings more into the world than Izanami can take away. Seeing the taint of the underworld on his skin, Izangi plunged himself into a river. As he bathed, from his left eye, the goddess Amaterasu came forth, from his right, Tsukiyomi, and from his nose, the god Susano. Susano, god of the restless seas, complained about his role and was banished (willingly) by Izangi to Yomi. After sending Susano away, Izanagi sought retirement. Some accounts of the myth say that Izangi returned to the heavens to be near Amaterasu, while others say that he rested on the island of Honshu, were he is still worshiped.

Amaterasu, Amaterasu?), Amaterasu-ōmikami or Ōhiru-menomuchi-no-kami is in Japanese mythology a sun goddess and perhaps the most important Shinto deity. Her name, Amaterasu, means literally "(that which) illuminates Heaven". She was born from the left eye of Izanagi as he purified himself in a river and went on to become the ruler of the Higher Celestial Plain (Takamagahara). She is also said to be directly linked in lineage to the Imperial Household of Japan and the Emperor, who are considered descendants of the kami themselves.

(#129241) Comment #85

History. Story of Amaterasu. Amaterasu is described in the Kojiki as the sun goddess who was born from Izanagi, who was also accompanied by her siblings Susano'o, the storm deity, and Tsukuyomi, the moon deity. In the Kojiki, Amaterasu is described as the goddess from which all light emanates and is often referred to as the sun goddess because of her warmth and compassion for the people who worshipped her. Some of other myths state that Amaterasu was born from water. Most of her myths revolve around an incident where the goddess traps herself in a cave because of her brother's actions. For a while, everything amongst the three revered gods was peaceful and all of the world ran smoothly. One day, Susano'o, in a drunken rampage, trampled Amaterasu's rice fields, filled all of her irrigation ditches, and threw excrement into her palace and her shrines. The Omikami asked her brother to stop but he ignored her and even went so far as to throw the corpse of a skinned horse at her hand-maidens who were weaving at the time. The women were killed by the wood breaking apart and piercing their bodies (most sources say it was their reproductive organs that were pierced[citation needed]). Amaterasu was greatly angered and in protest she shut herself in the Heavenly Cave and sealed it shut with a giant rock. As a result, the world was consumed with darkness. Without her, everything began to wither and die. Eight million Kami gathered in front of her cave and devised a way to lure her out. They all sat around the cave and set up a mirror across from the entrance. Ame-no-Uzume, the voluptuous goddess of merriment turned over a wash-tub and began a sensual dance, tapping the beat on the tub. She exposed her breasts and lifted her skirts as she danced. All of the gods made a great noise of yelling and cheering and laughing. Amaterasu peeked out to see what the noise was about. She asked the nearest god what was going on and he replied that there was a new goddess. When Amaterasu asked where she was, he pointed to the mirror. The Omikami had never seen herself before and when she caught her reflection, she stared at the radiance of her own form. She was so surprised she said "omo-shiroi", which means both "white face," which the Omikami had, and "fascinating". When she was out of the way, Tajikara-O shut the rock behind her. Having lured her out of the cave, the gods convinced her to go back into the Celestial Plain and all life began to grow again and become strong in her light. Once back in the Celestial Plain, she made sure that she was ready for her brother's harsh actions again by having a bow and quiver at her side. Torii at the Ama-no-Iwato Shrine in Takachiho, Miyazaki Prefecture Torii at the Ama-no-Iwato Shrine in Takachiho, Miyazaki Prefecture Later she sent her grandson Ninigi-no-Mikoto to pacify Japan: his great-grandson became the first emperor, Emperor Jimmu. He had a sacred sword (Kusanagi), jewel (Yasakani no magatama), and mirror (Yata no kagami) that became the Japanese imperial regalia. Amaterasu is credited with inventing the cultivation of rice and wheat, use of silkworms, and weaving with a loom. Her most important shrine, the Grand Shrine of Ise, is in Ise in western Honshū. The shrine is torn down and rebuilt every 20 years. In that shrine she is represented as a mirror, one of the three Japanese imperial regalia. The Ise Shrine is said to be the home of Amaterasu. This shrine, however, is not open to the public. She is celebrated every July 17 with street processions all over the country. Festivities on December 21, the winter solstice, celebrate her coming out of the cave.

oh great. apparently itachi can't move faster than 1/1000 of a second to get out of the way,but he can pick his nose and pull out a susanou booger fast enough.
